November is a big month in the wellnessphere with the release of Kale Brock’s first documentary The Gut Movie.
Having travelled all the way to the African country of Namibia to film The Gut Movie, Kale shares with us what he learnt and experienced whilst staying with the tribe known as the San people (pronouned Sarn).
From their sleeping habits, eating habits and their poo (or poop as Kale calls it), you’ll find out just how and why the San people have avoided antibiotics and many of the other “advancements” human beings have made in the past 50 years.
